Mr. Quyen has more than 14 years of experience advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, domestic enterprises, and individual clients on complex legal and commercial matters. His principal areas of practice include Foreign Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Restructuring, Technology Transfer, Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Securities and Capital Markets, Commercial Contracts, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Arbitration, and Litigation.

He has extensive experience advising on sophisticated financing transactions, secured lending structures, project finance, corporate bond issuances, and other capital market transactions involving leading Vietnamese enterprises and listed companies.
