Mr. Nguyen Van Thai is a Trainee Lawyer at Canis Law Group with over 14 years of professional experience in intellectual property (IP) and corporate advisory, with particular expertise in providing legal services to Japanese companies and multinational corporations investing and operating in Vietnam.

Throughout his career, Mr. Thai has advised numerous Japanese enterprises on the establishment, management, commercialization, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam. His practice covers trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property assets, assisting clients in developing comprehensive IP protection strategies that enhance brand value and safeguard competitive advantages in the Vietnamese market.
