About the Role
The Legal Executive will work closely with Lawyers, Experts, and other members of the team to provide legal services and practical solutions to clients.
The position provides exposure to a broad range of legal areas, including:
- Corporate & Business Law
- Investment Law
- Commercial Law
- Real Estate & Land
- Labor Law
- Intellectual Property
- Civil & Commercial Disputes
- Administrative and Licensing Procedures
Your Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and advice.
- Reviewing contracts, legal documents, and other relevant materials.
- Providing legal support to domestic enterprises and foreign investors.
- Assisting clients with investment and corporate licensing procedures.
- Supporting procedures relating to land, labor, intellectual property, and other regulatory matters.
- Participating in the preparation and handling of civil, commercial, labor, and intellectual property disputes.
- Working with competent authorities when required.
- Supporting Lawyers and senior legal professionals in handling client matters.
- Performing other tasks related to legal consulting and assigned projects.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a full-time program.
- Previous legal working experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Legal English is an advantage.
- Strong legal reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good legal research and document drafting skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office applications.
- A responsible, proactive, careful, and professional working attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
