Canislawgroup – International Law Firm is seeking qualified and motivated legal professionals to join our growing team in Hanoi.

We are looking for 02 Legal Executives who have a strong passion for the legal profession, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Executive at Canislawgroup – International Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and directly support domestic clients and foreign investors.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing regular or case-specific legal advice to domestic clients and foreign investors.
• Advising clients on corporate law, investment, business, commercial transactions, real estate, labor, and intellectual property matters.
• Handling administrative and licensing procedures with competent state authorities.
• Supporting clients with investment registration, corporate licensing, land, labor, and intellectual property procedures.
• Advising and assisting clients in resolving civil, commercial, labor, intellectual property, and other legal disputes.
• Preparing legal documents, reports, opinions, and other documents required for client matters.
• Conducting legal research and keeping updated with changes in Vietnamese laws and regulations.
• Performing other legal and professional duties as assigned by Lawyers and senior management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a full-time program.
• Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or relevant legal position is preferred.
• Good command of English; Legal English is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and logical legal thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and common office software.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
